The course is divided into three parts. The first consists of modules that prepare the students to understand theoretical issues through orientations to sociology/anthropology and the study of Nepali society. It is followed by the second part that features issue-based discussions within different social scientific disciplines. The final weeks of the course are devoted to research and report presentation.
