Expenses
The general fee of Rs. 11,000 (eleven thousand rupees only) for the entire course applies to participants who apply by themselves without support from any organizations. The fee for institutionally supported participants is Rs. 20,000 (twenty thousand rupees only) for the entire course. Participants are expected to pay the full amount before the course begins. This fee is inclusive of the cost of the study packs that each student will be provided through the course.

Fellowships
The Social Science Baha will provide fellowships to deserving participants from disadvantaged groups, women and college teachers. Need-based stipends for the duration of the course may be provided upon request to successful applicants from outside the Kathmandu valley.

Awards
Upon completion of the course, students are awarded a diploma in addition to a citation that mentions their grades evaluated on the basis of their performance.
