Himal Books is a unit of Himal Association involved in the publication of books. Beginning in 1992, it has published books on Nepal in both English and Nepali languages.

While most of these have been original manuscripts, some are reprints of recognised classics that have been out of print for years. Besides publication, Himal Books also runs a distribution outlet for other publishers from Nepal as well as India.
