Kathmandu International Mountain Film Festival 2004
Screening List and Schedule
9 - 12 December
Himal Association proudly presents a selection of 49 films in the third edition of Kathmandu International Mountain Film Festival. Films will be screened back-to-back from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm at the Russian Cultural Centre, Kamalpokhari. All films are in English or subtitled.
Tickets (Rs 30 per screening) are available at Saraswati Book Centre, Hariharbhawan (5521599/5528017); Mandala Book Point, Kantipath (4245570); Suwal Music and Video, Lazimpat (4421522); Dhokaima Café, Patan Dhoka (5543017); Thamel Book Shop, opp. Sanchaya Kosh Building (4419849); Vajra Book Shop, Jyatha (4220562) and at the venue.

Announcement
We regret to inform you that Starkiss – Circus Girls in India has been pulled from the festival at the last minute. The film’s directors have expressed concern for the safety of the circus girls featured in the documentary.
Toni Hagen’s Nepal (47 min, Mini DV, Colour) will be screened in place of Starkiss – Circus Girls in India. The film features unique images from half a century ago providing glimpses of a Nepal that has changed forever.
